About Phillip
I worked at the Biltmore Estate for 2 years before deciding to launch my catering business. My passion lies in merging soul food with a fine dining experience to bring you "soul-cuisine". Whether you're looking for catering for a small intimate gathering or an event up to 200 people, I will provide you with delicious meals prepared with the freshest ingredients and high quality proteins.
Education:
I graduated from Virginia College for Culinary Arts and interned at Biltmore Estate in Asheville NC. I interned there for 1 month before being offered a permanent position.
